It has been announced that Experian QAS has achieved Oracle Validated Integration for its QAS for Oracle CRM On Demand 1.0 and Oracle CRM On Demand.
The news means that Experian QAS customers are likely to benefit from the company’s enhanced data quality tools which aim to provide businesses with improved accuracy of customer contact information.
In turn, implementation of the software will lead to clearer communications and more informed decision making.
Indeed, recent research conducted by independent technology analyst Ovum has found that storing bad data is costing US organizations as much as $700 billion every year.
The Experian QAS software attempts to improve this data by ensuring that customer contact information is correct, this should help reduce waste and improve businesses return on investment.
