Experian QAS to aid higher education address verification software

Address verification will be made easier for colleges and universities after Experian QAS announced it would be teaming up with CedarCrestone.

The software has been designed to ensure that higher-education establishments improve their key business processes through the use of their address verification capabilities.

David Northridge, director of customer retention at Experian QAS, commented on the link-up saying: "These enhancements are the direct result of conversations with our clients, who requested additional functionality to better support critical business functions."

"Timing is also important, as a number of colleges and universities are evaluating address validation vendors for their version 9.0 PeopleSoft applications."

The new system will make the PeopleSoft program easier to use as well as integrating QAS Batch functionality into the interface.

According to Oracle - the owners of PeopleSoft - PeopleSoft Enterprise campus solutions is the world's leading student system for higher education and is currently being used in over 800 campuses across the globe.
