This year's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) summit will take place in Scottsdale, Arizona, in September, according to an announcement from Gartner.
The research and advisory firm added that the venue will be the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa and that this year's summit will be called Never Let a Good Deal Go to Waste, reports CRM Today.
One of the main discussion points during the summit will be exploring how CRM can best be used to ensure data quality and to help businesses maintain high levels of customer service while keeping expenditure low, something which is particularly pertinent at the moment.
Delegates at the summit will have the opportunity to explore ways in which they can maintain a strong market position during the recession by using a range of new technology.
There could be substantial interest from companies looking to attend as On Windows recently reported a growth rate in CRM revenue of almost 13 per cent between 2007 and 2008, as researched by Gartner.
