It highlights the need to specifically target a particular set of consumers for a product or service by utilizing business mailing lists when sending out communication.
Marketers may also want to consider purchasing the data lists - based around potential consumers' address data, gender, age or numerous other attributes - depending on what segment they are looking to target.
"The content of the mail must be easily understandable and believable for the consumers. The mail should not be open ended. It should prompt the user into the required necessary actions," the article noted.
