It is essential that the social media marketing strategy is integrated across the whole organization and that the company has a list of hotspots it needs to closely monitor to ensure the project stays on track.
However, Matt Eve, owner of Betterbusinessresults.com and author of The Essential Guide to Small Business Online Marketing, said that social media marketing involves a lot of work and should only be embarked upon if firms can dedicate the time to it.
