Please make sure you are in the Classic Interface.
To add Experian Address, Email, or Phone Validation to specific forms:
1.From the main dashboard drop-down menu, click Settings and then Solutions.
2.In the All Solutions window, click the Experian Data Quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution display name which will open a new window.
3.In the left panel, click Configuration.
4.In the Forms tab, check all the boxes next to the forms in which you want the Address, Phone or Email Validation engines to be visible. (Only the activated engines will be visible).
5.The forms you see in the Forms tab depend on which Microsoft Dynamics solution you are working with and whether any custom forms have been created previously.
7.Click the Close icon of the window to get back to the main dashboard.
