Ensuring your data is safe

Data is your most precious commodity. It is the lifeblood of your organisation. By its nature data about your customers or other consumers is extremely sensitive and you have an obligation to make sure it stays secure.

If you send sensitive files to Experian Data Quality, we have a comprehensive data security system in place that will protect the security and confidentiality of your customer and consumer information. We encrypt all data before sending it to you and we also require that all data that you send to us is safely encrypted as well.

How secure is my data?

Experian Data Quality uses an extremely secure 256-Bit AES based encryption method. This is then backed up with a robust password protection system. AES is the Advanced Encryption Standard, which is a US Government standard for encryption, and is one of the most popular encryption methods available.
