What is PAS 2020?

PAS 2020 was launched in 2009 as a growing need for direct marketing organisations to take more responsibility for a sustainable approach to its activities in regards to the environment.

Environmental issues, relating excessive consumption of non-replaceable resources and potentially causing an affect to climate change surround its main concerns. PAS 2020 will support the direct marketing industry in its aims to manage these environmental impacts.


How does PAS 2020 impact Data Quality?

PAS 2020 will help to reduce cost from miscommunications and undeliverable communication associated with poor data.
