Experian Data Quality uses the term upgrade to refer to a new version of a product that replaces an out of date version of that same product. We place great importance on ensuring that our products meet the demands of our customers. To do this we conduct on-going research to assess the market and customer requirements. This enables us to consistently develop our products to enable better performance and usability as well as important new features.
When do you need to upgrade?
Upgrades become available to customers once a new release or version of a product is released. We strongly advise customers to upgrade so that they are able to realise the benefits of each new release and get the most from their investment in data quality. We notify customers when upgrades are available and always offer assistance to support the upgrade process. Your Account Manager is always available to discuss your data quality requirements and advise on any upgrades available.
