Data Readiness for GDPR Roundtable | London

Tuesday 30th January 2018

Overview

The EU has agreed a new Data Protection Regulation known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect in May 2018. The GDPR will introduce new accountability obligations that will significantly impact how businesses manage their data assets.

To continue a trading relationship with the EU and any business handling personal data on EU citizens, the UK will need to comply with the GDPR. It’s therefore essential that businesses don’t delay and get prepared for the new regulation.

Join our half-day roundtable, where our experts will:

  • Share the results of our latest research conducted with Data IQ, launched in November 2017, to understand the progress businesses have made in their GDPR preparation
  • Explore some of the fundamental changes between GDPR and the prior Data Protection Act
  • Offer practical advice on how your business can prepare your data management strategy for these changes
  • Showcase Experian Pandora, our data management platform which can support your preparations for GDPR
