Experian Data Quality, a part of Experian Marketing Services and a leading provider of contact data management software and services, has been honored as one of the Best Medium-Sized Companies to Work For in 2014, a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award. The Employees’ Choice Awards rely solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor’s anonymous online company review survey.

The Best Medium-Sized Companies to Work For list is determined using company reviews shared by U.S. based employees who elected to participate in the survey between Nov.14, 2012 and Nov. 12, 2013. Glassdoor reviews the employees overall satisfaction and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
