Ahead of the 2019 Dreamforce event in San Francisco, Experian’s SFDC AppExchange users can now access real-time address, email, and phone verification solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud on Salesforce AppExchange. Currently supporting the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) platform, as well as the legacy SiteGenesis framework, Experian’s cartridge empowers customers to deliver a frictionless e-commerce experience, confidently ship to accurate addresses, and contact their past clients with new offers and product updates. This highlights our second group supported by Experian products. Experian has been a long-standing AppExchange member with our CRM support in both the Sales and Service Cloud with our validation solutions.
Salesforce announced that Experian was one of nine B2C partners selected to be featured on its AppExchange. “Our customers sell directly to consumers and to other businesses, often requiring a suite of integrations,” says Mike Micucci, CEO, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. “With Experian’s validation suite our customers will be able to quickly implement accurate, real-time customer contact data with Commerce Cloud to quickly go to market with an end-to-end commerce solution.”
At this year’s Dreamforce event, attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about Experian’s product suite at the B2C sessions on the Commerce Cloud track. Experian has been a longtime partner of Salesforce, starting with an e-commerce journey that began with DemandWare, the platform that SFDC acquired and the underlining product for Commerce Cloud for B2C.
Experian is very fortunate to have a strong base of Commerce Cloud customers that are at different points of their e-commerce Commerce Cloud journey. Those that have been working with the tool for some time have been a wonderful resource to our development team to inform the changes that have been needed over the years. Our customers that are newer to the ecosystem are very impressed with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience and the benefits that Experian lend to their progression. Joining the AppExchange for the B2C Commerce Cloud space was an easy decision, and we are thrilled to be one of the first groups to represent the products available and the growth within the ecosystem. Our contact data verification solutions help retailers reduce returned mail, streamline operations, run effective loyalty programs, enhance email campaign performance, and improve targeted marketing efforts.
Experian plans on continuing to work hand in hand with the Commerce Cloud team as well as the existing Sales and Service Clouds. We also continue to look at innovation steps to further compliment the Salesforce growth and acquisitions. The partnership between Salesforce and Experian grows stronger with our mutual commitment to our customers and their growth.
